On average it takes approximately 2 weeks* to train by yourself, following our detailed instructions. However, candidates have up to 1 year to complete the Course.
This unique Course contains a detailed Training Manual with Step-by-Step Photographic Instruction & Demonstrations to view the professional techniques used & so master the art of Body Piercing. The Professional Body Piercing Home Study Diploma Training Course teaches how to carry out Body Piercings safely & correctly, covering: Navel, Skin Surface, Nipple, Tongue, Eyebrow, Septum, Nostril & all Lip & Ear. N.B. Genital Piercings are NOT covered on this Course.
We have designed a Course that teaches candidates to a very high standard.
We believe that at the foundation of every Successful and Professional Body Piercing Practice, is excellent Hygiene & Sterilization methods together with correct Placements and Measurements.
Candidates are required to read the Training Manual, there is a Theory Examination paper to complete - on completion, candidates must return the Examination Paper via post to Orchids for marking. A Diploma Certificate will be awarded depending on grade achieved: either Pass, Credit or Distinction.
Business Start-Up Information will be given on Jewellery, Equipment & Materials to buy, and a list of Body Piercing Trade Suppliers & Insurance Companies. A PROFESSIONAL START-UP KIT that contains everything you need to start Body Piercing is also available to purchase, once the Home Study Course has been ordered.
