Superfan Terms & Conditions

This competition is open to all participants aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Stonebridge Associated Colleges, Clockwork Marketing and their immediate family.

The competition commences on Thursday 1st December 2011 at 12pm and concluded on Friday 30th November 2012 at 5pm.

Entries made online using methods generated by a script; macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

Any participate found creating or using duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended and all points will be frozen pending appeal. If appeal is unsuccessful all points from this account will be permanently removed and any user(s) will no longer be allowed to participate in this competition.

Stonebridge and Elearn UK does not permit spamming of blog comments on either of their sites. Any blog comments made that are classed as spam will be void, and no points will be awarded.

The winners will be picked based on the leader board at quarterly intervals throughout the year.

The winners will be notified via email and announced on Facebook. If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 5 days of the date on which the winner is selected, Stonebridge Associated Colleges reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.

The winning entrants will not be mentioned on Facebook until they have received and responded to notifications sent by email informing them of their prize, in accordance with Facebook Promotions Guidelines.

The winners of this competition must provide a valid address to enable receipt of the prizes they have been awarded.

By entering the competition, the entrants allow Stonebridge to use their name and likeness within the competition for publicity and use on the leader boards.

Stonebridge reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same, higher or lower value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferrable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available.

Stonebridge reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions.

Individuals who enter the competition may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and in entering, entrants agree to their name and profile picture being made publicly available during and after taking part in the promotion.

Stonebridge Associated Colleges reserve the right to suspend a participant if there is a breach of these terms and conditions; or in the event of the competition being abused by an individual.

Stonebridge Colleges reserve the right to suspend or remove any person(s) from the competition and there decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

When an entrant’s account is suspended, it will be done for a period of 5 days and all points shall be removed. If this situation happens again, the participant will be banned from entering.

Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, the details of the promotional material shall prevail.
