Becoming a great teaching assistant is a lot more than keeping an eye on naughty school kids. Of course, keeping a lid on any disruptions is part of it but you\u2019re so much more than crowd control.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As a teaching assistant, you\u2019ll work with pupils from all walks of life either one-on-one or in small groups. This allows you to build a good relationship with them. So you can figure out the best way to help them with their learning.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
