When it comes to spotting the weaknesses of adults, children are the champs.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mrs Wavering<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pacifist by instinct<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Believes in democratic freedom<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allows protracted negotiation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Confers the right to protest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Comment<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mrs Wavering is lost and alone in the wilderness and cannot forge a path to the sunlit uplands of a well-behaved class.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ms Zen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assertive, insists on compliance to her instructions<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Establishes clear expectations of behaviour and regularly reinforces them<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Never ignores bad behaviour hoping it will go away<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remains calm at all times and only uses a severe tone when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Comment<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repeating this creed several times a day and meditating on its teaching establishes the philosophy.
