They also cover things like layouts and cutting and the importance of ethics and awareness in the industry.

At Stonebridge College we do not ask you to have any prior design experience before enrolling on this course. It is an entry level course and anyone is free to enrol. All we ask is that you are motivated to learn and have a way to access our online portal.
What happens after the course?
On successful completion of this course you may decide to continue your studies. Past students have gone on to complete further home study fashion courses at Stonebridge. Some students even go on to study fashion at a university level.
Alternatively you may choose to find work straight away. Those who do will be eligible to apply for a whole range of jobs. Self-employed and employed opportunities are available. Jobs in the fashion industry include but are not limited to:
