A great online learning experience. I studied sport psychology and enjoyed every minute of it and know a whole lot more behind it than I ever thought, plus its improved my sport and I already improved by along a long way by using the new techniques myself. I just finished the Sports Psychology Diploma Course online with 'distinction'. This course took me less than a month. I found it a fascinating study and I enjoyed finding out more about the winning mind and how we can influence the state of mind in order to improve our overall sport performance. Although this course caters for coaches, I think it is also an excellent professional development tool for athletes. The course inspired me to find more research materials about topics referred to during the course. It was well organised and all the learning outcomes were addressed. The assessments encouraged me to immediately apply new skills and strategies. I enjoyed the discussion and writing assessments because they were more challenging than the question-answer assignments. The result of each assignment was returned in 1-3 days with a positive feedback to keep you in the 'study mode'. I am already looking at future course offered at Stonebridge Associated Colleges/Elearn UK. I have the following courses in mind: COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY and the NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING -ADVANCED. Both courses seem to connect well to the Sports Psychology Course, my job as a teacher and a sports coach, are available online and affordable.
