All our Level 3 animal courses are awarded a certain number of UCAS Tariff Points, so if you want to go to university after studying one of these courses, then your qualification can contribute to your application.
The number of points is dependent on the course, with the tally ranging from 8 points to 48 points. With our Level 3 animal courses carrying UCAS status, you can progress your academic career by moving on to university or furthering your training at a Higher Education (HE) provider.
Upon successful completion of this qualification, you will be awarded the Level 3 Award in Birds of Prey Studies. Students will gain a Level 3 Qualification, Ofqual Number: 610/0139/9.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but learners must be aged 16 and over.

Each unit will be assessed by a range of in-depth theory assessments. Students will need to show sufficient evidence that they have the required knowledge, skills and understanding of the assessment criteria.
When are you assessed?
Once you have successfully completed each unit assessment you will receive your certificate of completion alongside your qualification.
