Learning difficulties come in many forms. Some people who are affected by learning difficulties only experience mild impairments, whereas others require constant support. This Level 4 home learning qualification aims to educate individuals about the best ways to help and understand people with a range of different learning difficulties.
The online course begins by introducing the common causes behind learning impairments and analysing the social impact of these difficulties. The home learning qualification also delves into the history of care and explains the current structure of car provision in the UK. Altogether there are six engaging modules for participants to complete.
This course has been designed for individuals who want to work with people who have learning difficulties. This home leaning programme is also suitable for those already working with people with learning difficulties, those living with people with learning difficulties, or anyone with a general interest in the topic.
As with all of our distance learning courses, you do not need any prior experience or qualifications to enrol. All we ask is that you are willing to learn and have access to our online portal. For this particular course we also recommend you have an interest in caring for vulnerable individuals.
