About your Diploma

A lack of confidence and insecurities can cause us to shy away from opportunities and social interactions. A lack of self awareness can also adversely impact your life if you don’t notice the negative attitudes and behaviours you display.

This course has been designed to teach you how to identify and recognise these thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It will give you the tools that will help you manage stress and insecurity, so you can instead focus on developing and realising your ambitions.   

You’ll recognise how confidence is an ability that can be acquired and built upon by setting and achieving personal and professional goals.

You will understand the reasons people feel uncomfortable in social situations and how you can overcome them. As well as what is classed as inappropriate behaviour and how you can change yours for better social interaction.

The course will also take you through the different natural reactions to stress and how Eustress is a positive thing for you to experience. You will also understand how to set effective SMART goals, and how to achieve them with a straightforward action plan. This will help to improve motivation and increases your confidence in your abilities.

Getting Started

This course will equip you with the skills to effectively evaluate your own attitudes and behaviours, so you can take a more confident and assured approach to life's challenges.

It will introduce the theory behind how people think and why they feel and react in certain ways depending on the situation. Which can be a great starting point for learning about mental health.

Studying an online course couldn’t be simpler, just enrol and start your learning when you’re ready. Your entire course will be made available via our online student portal so you can study at a time and place that suits you.
