Studying physics at A/iA Level gives you the opportunity to develop your theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject. All designed to prepare you for university study or career development.
During your course you will develop a deeper understanding of key principles such as particles and radiation, nuclear physics, astrophysics and mechanics.
As you explore each of these topics you will understand a range of key elements including the constituents of atoms, mass and black holes.
This course bundle includes all your course materials and the exams you need to complete your A Level or iA Level in physics. The questions will be a mix of mutliple-choice, short and long form questions.
Upon completion of the course, you will have the knowledge required to study Physics at a higher level.
Stonebridge Associated Colleges is a leading provider of distance learning courses in the UK. Which means you build your study around you and your circumstances.
No classrooms, no timetables.
Because your course is entirely online you can study at a pace that suits you. Which means you can complete the course as quickly (or as slowly) as you like. And in an environment you’ll be the most comfortable in. The only specific deadline to work towards is your exam – A Level exam sittings are held once per year in May or June, whereas the iA Level exams are available twice a year, in summer and autumn.
All you’ll need to do is login to our student portal and all your course materials and assignments will be there waiting for you.
You’ll still be supported throughout your studies by a qualified tutor. They will provide advice, guidance and feedback on your assignments. This allows you to progress in a structured and positive way.
Ultimately this allows you to study and complete your A/iA Level in Physics in a manner that doesn’t impact your lifestyle or commitments so your approach to learning is never hindered.
*You will have access to the course for 12 months only. You can purchase course extensions.
As you progress through your course, you will study the following modules:
At the end of each unit there is an assignment to complete. Once this has been completed and submitted to your tutor he or she will respond with your grade as well as detailed feedback. Following successful completion of each unit you’ll be exam ready!
All instalment plans must be paid and up to date before an exam can be booked. In addition, exams cannot be booked for dates before the final payment is successfully made. For example, if two monthly payments are due in the future, an exam can be booked, but the exam date will be after the final payment is received.
