The Diploma in Management RQF Level 3 carries 55 credits which can be transferred to progress onto further study, for example, a degree. You’ll also be able to progress onto the Level 4 NVQ in Management or the NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership, where you'll learn the key differences between management and leadership.

This qualification is designed for learners who are working, or would like to work, in an entry level managerial role within any sector or industry. It’s ideal for those who are new to the managerial role or who’ve been working at that level for a short period of time. There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 2 qualification.

You must be aged 16 or above to enrol on this course.
